We were able to increase their overlay conversion rate by 5.42373%, Increase their calls by 480.265%, increase their bookings by 203.03% and reduce their look to book ratio by 50%. In addition we implemented an omnichannel sales and cx platform with ManyChat, and Freshworks - FreshChat, FreshSales, FreshCaller for one of their domains and 20+ chat agents.
